Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead its information security initiatives across South Asia. The role involves overseeing security assessments, managing incident response, and embedding security practices throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
• Supervise monitoring and analysis of security alerts, ensuring rapid response to breaches.
• Lead collaboration with IT and business units to integrate security measures into all operations.
• Manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
• Create and enforce comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present security reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Review client security questionnaires and contractual security clauses.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing information security programs, preferably in a large professional services environment.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple security initiatives with strict timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• High level of discretion handling sensitive information.
