Cyber Forensics Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Forensics Consultant to help our clients uncover and resolve complex security incidents. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, conduct thorough investigations, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end digital forensic investigations across endpoints, servers, cloud environments, and mobile devices.
• Support cyber incident response engagements, including containment, eradication, recovery, and root‑cause analysis.
• Perform evidence acquisition, maintain chain‑of‑custody documentation, and create forensic images using industry‑standard tools.
• Analyze logs, memory dumps, and network traffic to identify indicators of compromise, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Assist in malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat‑actor profiling.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams during investigations and contribute to post‑incident reviews and playbook improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber forensics and incident response.
• Prior experience working with law‑enforcement agencies or investigative bodies is a plus.
