Customer Support Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our Customer Service team. In this role you will interact with customers via email, social media and phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the company’s products and services.
• Provide support through an email ticketing system, social media platforms, and phone calls.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries, delivering detailed information.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction for future reference.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees to enhance their skills.
• Follow up with customers for additional information and gather feedback.
• Negotiate terms and conditions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.
