Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Clean Blast International LLC is seeking a full‑time Customer Support Specialist to join its Thiruvananthapuram office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and providing accurate information about our surface preparation equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through multiple channels.
• Provide product, service, and order‑status information.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with technical and sales teams for complex problems.
• Maintain detailed customer records and document support interactions.
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Collect and relay feedback to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and manage expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in industrial equipment or engineering sectors.
• Capability to work on‑site, handle multiple tasks, and keep accurate documentation.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
