Customer Support Specialist – Immediate Joiner

About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Mohali. The position is open to immediate joiners and welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who possess strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as part of the support function.
- Work according to a five‑day work week with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Language proficiency at Svar 65/B2 level.
- Availability to join immediately.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Not eligible if currently enrolled in a regular academic course.
