Customer Support Representative (Entry-Level)

About the role

VMax is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its Customer Support team. As a front‑line representative, you will introduce customers to VMax’s wellness services, answer queries with empathy, and help them start their health journey.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate warm outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present VMax’s wellness offerings.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs, provide personalized guidance, or escalate complex issues.
• Achieve daily calling targets while maintaining at least a 95 % successful connection rate.
• Share actionable feedback and insights with the support and operations teams.
• Represent the VMax brand with professionalism, empathy, and positivity.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate from any discipline with curiosity, energy, and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills in English (and regional languages) with a friendly tone.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to manage high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn about health and wellness.
