About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support / Helpdesk Analyst to manage client inquiries and resolve product or service issues. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat and working closely with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
- Create tickets, troubleshoot product/service issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions with management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Good team coordination and collaboration skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first approach.
