Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

About the role

This position is based in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata and focuses on handling inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers. The role operates on a night shift aligned with U.S. time zones, offering a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare clients.
• Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain detailed call logs and follow internal procedures.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction without sales pressure.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum education: 12th grade pass; graduation or diploma is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts that match U.S. business hours.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior call‑center experience.
