About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls for U.S. healthcare customers. The role is night‑shift based, aligns with U.S. time zones, and focuses on providing empathetic, clear, and accurate assistance without sales pressure.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver empathetic and accurate support, adhering to company standards.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation or diploma is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
- Travel allowance, subsidized meals, free cab drop.
- Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.
- Annual bonus up to ₹15,000.
- PF & ESI coverage.
- Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
