Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Bangalore team, helping customers navigate Livspace’s design services and products throughout their home design journey. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely assistance and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails, guiding customers on Livspace design services and product selections in line with SLA and TAT.
• Assist online shoppers by recommending suitable design products for their homes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and inquiries.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions on customer requests.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments and manage grievance processes.
• Make reminder calls, send follow‑up emails, and schedule appointments.
• Conduct feedback calls to gather customer insights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1–2.5 years of experience in customer support or call‑center environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility with work timings and willingness to handle multiple roles.
• Basic understanding of home interior design concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Freshdesk.
