Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building loyalty. The role involves handling inquiries across multiple channels, providing product information, and resolving technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product details, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle complaints, propose effective solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor feedback and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services.
• Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and eCommerce platform functionalities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high‑volume inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and detail‑focused.
