Customer Support Executive

About the role

The Customer Support Executive will deliver timely, accurate assistance to U.S.-based customers via voice and chat channels. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer inquiries through phone and chat.
• Communicate professionally, empathetically, and solution‑oriented.
• Handle simple to complex issues, aiming for first‑time resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate cases to the appropriate Line of Business teams when required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality guidelines.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Adapt to extended hours during high‑volume periods and perform additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience supporting U.S. customers via voice or chat, or a recent graduate with strong communication skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience in customer support, contact‑center, voice or chat processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Familiarity with service metrics and adherence to SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
