Customer Support Executive – French Specialist

About the role

We are seeking motivated Customer Support Executives who are fluent in French to join our international service team in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer inquiries for a French‑language process, ensuring a high level of service quality and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer queries in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through solutions.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date case records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated cases.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• C1‑level proficiency in French (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer support environment.
• Experience with Canadian customer support processes is a plus.
• Open to recent graduates and undergraduates.
