About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join our International Voice/Chat process in Gurugram. You will engage with inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and uphold high service standards in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer calls and chat sessions for international clients professionally.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and documentation standards.

Required profile

Undergraduate or graduate freshers are welcome.
Graduates with experience in International Voice and Chat BPO are also eligible.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
