Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join OrthoFX’s international voice support team. The role involves handling inquiries from doctors, dental practice staff, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing prompt answers.
- Deliver knowledgeable assistance and go the extra mile to provide correct details.
- Resolve queries within agreed SLA deadlines.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for faster resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to managers.
- Support the Sales team by addressing incoming queries to enable sales.
- Contact doctors, staff, and dental practice stakeholders to provide updates and retrieve information for patient record management.
Required profile
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an international voice process.
- Strong problem‑solving ability to identify root causes.
- Experience supporting US‑based companies preferred.
- Superior documentation skills.
- Confident phone presence and strong listening abilities.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented work ethic.
