Customer Success Engineer

About the role

HYCU is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support and expand its SaaS and enterprise cloud customer base. Based in Bangalore, you will work in a hybrid model to help public‑cloud and enterprise administrators simplify data protection across multi‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advocate for customers, building confidence and transparency.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand technology challenges and business goals.
• Demonstrate HYCU’s value through product demos, case studies, and consumption analysis.
• Design and deliver technical architectures that meet customer needs and drive successful deployments.
• Engage customers via phone, chat, and digital channels to ensure adoption and renewal.
• Partner with product, engineering, and account teams to address customer requirements and influence product improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to think critically and propose solutions that may not be immediately obvious.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of multi‑cloud environments and data‑protection concepts.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud‑native solutions.
