Customer Service Technician – Field Service (AC & TV)

About the role

Jeeves & F1 is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Technician to join its on‑site service team in Brahmapur, Odisha. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing consumer electronics, especially air conditioners and televisions, at customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of air conditioners, TVs, and related consumer electronics.
• Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct field service visits, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Document service activities, update work orders, and keep accurate records of parts and repairs.
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers, maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field service, handling on‑site equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong maintenance and repair skills for consumer electronics and appliances.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with clear communication abilities.
• Technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, or mechanical fields (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally within Brahmapur and work flexible hours.
