Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented, results‑driven individual to lead its Customer Service team within the Revenue Cycle Management unit. The Supervisor will ensure that all customer interactions meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of calls, emails, chats, and other customer service interactions.
• Assess compliance with service protocols, scripts, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction, communication quality, and problem‑resolution effectiveness.
• Document findings and prepare detailed audit reports for management.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with supervisors and trainers to develop corrective action plans.
• Provide feedback and coaching recommendations to enhance team performance.
• Mentor users on customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work with sales, operations, and IT to improve the overall customer experience.
• Prepare audit dashboards and share insights with senior leadership.
