Customer Service Representative – Voice Support

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to join our Healthcare and Electronic Retail Customer Service team. The position is based in Bengaluru and involves handling customer queries exclusively through voice calls, ensuring a high‑quality experience at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound voice calls and address product, service, policy, order, and claim‑related queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain call quality and meet productivity standards.
• Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout each call.

Required profile

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Any educational background is acceptable.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Comfortable working from the office in Bengaluru.
• Basic computer knowledge.
