Customer Service Representative – Voice Process (Pune)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our voice‑process team in Pune. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, chat or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service and process information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate (or currently pursuing) with strong verbal and written English skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rotational shift environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude and willingness to learn.
• 0‑3 years of experience in customer service, BPO or call centre (freshers welcome).

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
