Customer Service Representative – Voice Process (Pune)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our voice‑process team in Pune. In this full‑time position you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing accurate information and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
• Provide product, service and process information and answer queries promptly.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve timely issue resolution.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (or as per company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rotational‑shift environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills
