About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our voice process team in Mumbai. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (as per company requirements).
