Customer Service Representative – Voice Process

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our voice‑process team in Pune. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate (as per company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with familiarity in MS Office.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
