Customer Service Representative – Tier 2 Support

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to provide Tier 2 support across our Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai locations. The role focuses on resolving customer issues quickly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, logging each interaction accurately in the ticketing system.
• Provide navigation assistance on the self‑service portal and conduct outbound follow‑up calls when required.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following defined procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation in SharePoint, DTPs, and the Knowledge Base.
• Adhere to attendance policies, SLA targets, and data‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to manage multiple channels efficiently.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow (or similar ticket tracking tools).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Internet Explorer for web‑based applications.
