Customer Service Representative – Rotational Shifts

About the role
Teleperformance is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its site in Jaipur (Sitapura). The position is part of the International E‑Commerce process and offers a dynamic environment where you will interact with customers in English. The role follows a five‑day work week with two rotational days off and includes night‑shift coverage as needed. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers related to the International E‑Commerce process.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications in English, both verbal and written.
- Work according to a rotational schedule that includes night shifts, with five working days followed by two days off.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: HSC or graduate degree; freshers are welcome.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
