About the role
Teleperformance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Operational Customer Support Blended Process team in Jaipur. The role involves providing front‑line assistance to customers while working night shifts on a rotating schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver operational support to customers through the blended process.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service quality standards during night shift operations.
Required profile
- Willingness to work night shifts (5 days) with a rotational 2‑day week off.
- Ability to commute to the Jaipur site and use the provided cab service after 8 pm.
- Commitment to adhere to the shift schedule and company policies.
Required skills
What we offer
- CTC of 30,000 INR per month.
- Cab facility for travel during dark hours (after 8 pm).
- Rotational week‑off schedule providing regular rest periods.
