Customer Service Representative (Operational Support)

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Operational Customer Support Blended Process team in Jaipur. The role involves providing front‑line assistance to customers while working night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational support to customers through the blended process.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service quality standards during night shift operations.

Required profile

• Willingness to work night shifts (5 days) with a rotational 2‑day week off.
• Ability to commute to the Jaipur site and use the provided cab service after 8 pm.
• Commitment to adhere to the shift schedule and company policies.
