Customer Service Representative

About the role

PolicyBazaar is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand, assisting clients with insurance‑related queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information on insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by the team lead.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (minimum education).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
• Patience and empathy for managing difficult or irate customers.
• Prior call‑center or customer‑support experience is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.

What we offer

• Salary range: 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA (INR per annum).
