Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, feedback, or information updates.
• Resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary.
• Document all interactions and keep CRM records up to date.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets such as call handling time and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve service standards and processes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate degree; freshers are welcome.
• 0–4 years of experience in voice‑based customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy.
