Customer Service Representative

About the role

Policy Bazaar is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its on‑site Customer Service team in Gurugram. As a Customer Service Representative you will act as the voice of the company, handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information on insurance policies, premium calculations and policy status.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets set by the team lead.

Required profile

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Tamil language proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and the ability to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior customer support experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
