Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Ernakulam, Kerala. The role provides 24/7 support for vehicle towing and roadside assistance, handling customer queries and coordinating with internal service teams. Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, requests, and service‑related concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with vehicle towing and roadside assistance requirements.
• Coordinate with towing partners, service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely assistance.
• Track service requests and provide accurate updates on service status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow established customer service processes, SLAs, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication in Malayalam and English; additional language is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to service quality.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer/service management systems.
