Customer Service Representative

About the role

Everise is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers interacting with client programs. You will deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and resolve issues to increase trust and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, and provide product/service education.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to process requests.
• Achieve one‑call resolution or follow escalation procedures.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
• Document call dispositions, generate reports, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Stable work history, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Passion for serving customers, especially senior citizens.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and demonstrate integrity and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
