About the role
Teleperformance is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its customer service team in Jaipur. As a Customer Service Representative you will engage with Amazon customers, resolve their queries and contribute to a high‑quality support experience. This role offers a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment within a global BPO leader.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, messages or email in a professional manner.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Required profile
- Graduates or undergraduate students.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset.
Required skills
What we offer
- Training period with a stipend of 20,000 INR per month.
- Post‑training salary of 24,000 INR per month.
- 24×7 rotational shift schedule with 5 working days and 2 rotating off days.
- Night shift assignments.
- Cab facility for shifts starting after 2 PM (voice process only).
- Opportunity to work on Amazon processes within a global BPO leader.
