Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide professional support to our customers via email, text, and chat. The role involves explaining DDC’s products and services, handling inquiries with empathy, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Explain DDC’s products and services professionally through email, text message, or chat.
• Engage with customers using warmth, empathy, and patience throughout each interaction.
• Take appropriate actions to resolve customer problems and concerns.
• Escalate issues that require additional knowledge or authority to leadership.
• Communicate timely with US teams via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to align with the company’s mission and vision.
• Perform other duties as assigned or become evident.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English with proper grammar.
• Effective communication across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and follow‑ups.
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
• Flexibility to work shifts covering US business hours.
