Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will support Cencora's global logistics and storage services through the World Courier business, providing proactive and responsive assistance to maintain service continuity for assigned customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers proactive and responsive support for assigned customer accounts to maintain service coverage and continuity.
• Processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and service requests through approved channels to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Resolves standard issues related to order status, backorders, pricing adjustments, and shipment exceptions.
• Coordinates with internal and external parties to address special orders, product availability questions, and fulfillment‑related needs.
• Maintains accurate customer, order, and open‑issue records to support reliable transaction processing and service visibility.
• Escalates non‑standard issues and recurring service gaps to appropriate parties for timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Full on‑site availability.

Required skills

• HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI‑CSR) certification (preferred).
• CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS) certification (preferred).
