Customer Service Representative

About the role
Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its customer service team in Jaipur. You will work on the Amazon process, handling customer interactions across calls, messages, and email while developing strong communication skills in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record all interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Graduates or undergraduate students can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset and willingness to work night shifts.
Required skills
What we offer
- Training period with INR 20,000 per month (in‑hand).
- Post‑training salary of INR 24,000 per month (in‑hand).
- 24×7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
- Five working days with two rotational off days.
- Cab facility for shifts starting after 2 PM (voice process only).
- Work from office in Jaipur.
