Customer Service Representative

About the role

PolicyBazaar.com is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Customer Service team in Gurugram. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand, assisting customers with insurance‑related queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information on insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets set by the team lead.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
• Prior call‑center or customer support experience is a plus; freshers are also welcome.
