About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries across phone, email and chat. This position requires an immediate joiner who can quickly adapt to a fast‑paced environment and turn satisfied customers into brand advocates.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on products, pricing and availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill customer needs.
Enter and update customer data across multiple platforms ensuring high data quality.
Maintain a rotational roster working six days a week as per schedule.

Required profile

1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, organize tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
