About the role
HCLTECH is hiring fresh graduates for a Customer Service Representative position in Lucknow. The role involves handling customer interactions through phone, email or chat during night‑shift hours, providing accurate information and resolving queries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails and chat messages.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
- Follow established scripts and service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (non‑BTech) who has recently completed studies.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night‑shift schedules.
- Strong grasp of English grammar and clear articulation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in computer operating systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
