Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

Everise is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service for client programs. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, resolve issues quickly, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, and provide product/service education.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill requests.
• Achieve one‑call resolution or follow escalation procedures as needed.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
• Balance company policy with client benefit when making decisions.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Complete call disposition, generate reports, and adapt to business changes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Stable work history and professional appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication/listening skills.
• Ability to pass skill assessments, including Microsoft applications.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Passion for serving customers, especially senior citizens.
• Strong decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Flexible schedule for weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and reliable attendance.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
