Customer Service Representative – Chat & Email Support

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide chat and email support for an international process. The position is based in Mansarovar, Jaipur and operates on a rotational shift schedule. Candidates will join a batch starting on 22 June 2026. You will interact with customers from various countries, ensuring consistent service quality across time zones.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Available to start on 22 June 2026.
• Good written communication skills in English.
