About the role

MSI Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Sales Support team in Bangalore. The role focuses on B2B customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, providing sales support and handling inquiries in French.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from B2B customers.
• Make outbound calls for lead generation and sales support.
• Handle chat queries and provide email assistance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in international voice processes.
• Fluency in spoken French.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work flexibly, including night shifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up capabilities.
• Based in Bangalore and available to join on short notice.
