About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to help train AI chatbots. You will engage in bilingual conversations in Hindi and English, evaluate chatbot performance, and create new dialogue examples to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

Conduct diverse and complex bilingual interactions with AI chatbots.
Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
Write novel conversation scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.

Required profile

Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Strong attention to detail and excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
