Customer Service Executive – Service Delivery

About the role

The Customer Service Executive – Service Delivery will ensure smooth installation, configuration, and activation of network services for enterprise and wholesale customers. You will work closely with field operations, suppliers, and internal teams to meet service level agreements and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Complete configuration tasks for enterprise/wholesale customers within defined SLAs.
• Manage change, turn‑up, and migration requests, including testing and troubleshooting post‑provisioning.
• Validate wiring connections, schedule dispatches, and coordinate with field operations.
• Deliver orders and support service activation over MSP and legacy MPLS networks.
• Handle escalations, ensure timely query resolution, and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to meet project timelines.
• Identify issues proactively and provide corrective solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and field operations.
• Understanding of provisioning processes for telephone, internet, and data services.
• Strong knowledge of telecom services, MPLS, and WAN order management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical‑thinking abilities.
