About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our fast‑growing health‑food brand in Bangalore. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring our customers receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
• Develop deep product knowledge to answer questions accurately.
• Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer‑service process.

Required profile

• Graduated in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service role.
