Customer Service Executive – Indore

About the role

The Customer Service Executive (CSE) will manage day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities for the Indore branch, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute receipting, banking and reconciliation processes for cash, cheques and demand drafts with 100% accuracy.
• Manage safe custody of cash, keys and assets, and perform timely asset reconciliation.
• Identify, register and procure services from local vendors, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate new branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other support functions.
• Handle advisor licensing, sales support, MIS preparation and dashboard updates.
• Organise training programmes, reward recognitions and sales conferences in collaboration with headquarters.
• Provide legal, compliance and taxation support, including timely tax remittances.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering 100% accuracy in financial operations.
• Ability to work extended hours and manage unpredictable workload spikes.
• Excellent confidentiality handling and documentation skills.
• Proven experience operating multiple business systems simultaneously.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
