About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage day‑to‑day operational, financial and administrative activities at our Borivali branch. The role ensures strict compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines while supporting sales and vendor functions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute receipting, banking and reconciliation processes with 100 % accuracy, including cash, cheque and demand draft handling.
- Manage safe custody of cash boxes, keys and assets, and oversee petty‑cash transactions.
- Provide commercial support by identifying and registering local vendors, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Coordinate branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other functions.
- Support legal, compliance and taxation tasks such as professional tax remittance and representation in labour/consumer courts.
- Handle advisor licensing, update contact information in the BSLI online system and prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate training programmes, offer‑letter generation and daily sales briefings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in branch operations, financial processing or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to fluctuating workload volumes.
- Good organisational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
