Customer Service Executive (Anakapalle)

About the role
The Customer Service Executive will manage day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the Anakapalle branch, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Execute financial processes such as receipting, banking, reconciliation and cash handling with 100% accuracy.
- Manage vendor registration, procurement, and timely payment in line with company policies.
- Support advisor licensing, new advisor onboarding and licence renewals.
- Prepare and distribute sales management MIS reports and maintain data from internal portals.
- Coordinate reward and recognition programmes for the sales force.
- Oversee inventory of marketing collateral and sales promotion materials.
- Assist in fraud and compliance investigations related to advisors and transactions.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Capability to work extended hours and handle unpredictable volume spikes.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple systems and processes simultaneously.
