Customer Service Caller – Loan & Credit Card Support

About the role

The Caller position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Gurugram. You will interact with prospective and existing customers over the phone, explaining loan and credit‑card products, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Handle inbound queries, providing accurate information on loan eligibility, documentation, and credit‑card options.
• Update customer details and interaction notes in internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow‑up and smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining professional communication standards.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English and Hindi with strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic sales and telecalling abilities, including persuasive pitching and follow‑up management.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM tools, maintaining accurate records.
• Willingness to learn about loan and credit‑card products.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree is an advantage.
• Prior call‑center or financial‑services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
