Customer Service Caller – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Caller to join our team at Dr. Alka's Skin Care & Health Care in Pathankot. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our skincare and health services, and coordinating appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls professionally, addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments using the centre’s scheduling system.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate contact and service information.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and ensure smooth communication between patients and the healthcare team.
• Support daily administrative tasks such as record keeping and basic office duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional communication or customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, able to multitask and manage records efficiently.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work on‑site and collaborate with team members.
