Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate – Voice to join its global support team. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound voice interactions, providing assistance in Spanish, and supporting accounts receivable and collections processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Process collections and support accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and work effectively under pressure.
• Collaborate with team members and follow detailed guidelines for routine problems.
• Adhere to rotational shift schedules as required.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service or collections experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
